Commuter parking

Enter by the north driveway, between the parsonage and the church, and follow it around the back of the church to the lot. Leave by the south driveway. Please pull in as far as you can. The driving lane is narrow, and cars that stick out can be hit by cars leaving the lot.

Parking is $50.00 per month, due quarterly on the first day of the first month of each quarter. Make checks payable to Croton Falls Community Church and mail them to P.O. Box 25, Croton Falls, NY 10519.

If the lot hasn't been plowed, cleared, or sanded, it's closed until it has been. Our snow plow contractor is asked to clear the lot by 6:00 am.

The church may cancel or restrict parking at any time, including for holidays, funerals, and other events. We'll give notice whenever we can.

Only registered cars may park on business days between 6:00 am and 9:00 pm. Other times can be arranged with prior written notice. Parking authorization is non-transferable; to park a different vehicle temporarily, notify Ann Bryson by email.

Croton Falls Community Church assumes no liability for damage to or missing property from any vehicle, or for personal injury to drivers or passengers on church grounds.

The registrant shall indemnify and hold harmless Croton Falls Community Church for any personal injury to the operator or passengers of any permitted vehicle, and for any property damage caused by the operator or passengers of any permitted vehicle. The permit holder represents that they have adequate insurance to protect the church from any liability and damages in the event of injury to the operator or passengers of any vehicle on church property, or damage to the registered vehicle or any other vehicle in the parking area.
